Hello All, Our registration system has hit the automatic cutoff number and new registration to attend the High School Festival has officially closed. We are working with schools who still had a few students to register and doing the best we can. We are also looking into any and all options to expand capacity. However, festival size at Towson is limited not just by the Concert Hall seating for Opening/Closing ceremonies, but also by dining hall capacity, classroom/workshop space availability, and fire code regulations etc. That being said, there is still plenty of room left for the middle school JR Festival! Please remember to add T-Shirts for all of your students. The system does not do this automatically. (If you are having trouble adding t-shirts for adults, you have to do it through the Directory.) Additionally, registration Troupe Events and Awards etc. is now open in the “Colorado” System. Thank you for your patience. Also, please remember to review the rules for the various Troupe Events - especially those which require advance preparation, like Lip Sync or Makeup Challenge etc. Thespy applications are in OpenWater: https://edta.secure-platform.com/a/organizations/maryland/home. Please remember that only Teachers should be entering Thespy applications. Students should NOT be doing them on their own. While the deadline to upload final videos and submit is Dec. 4th, please remember that the application with student info etc. must be started and saved in OpenWater by Nov. 6th. Make sure to click “Save” and you can come back later to upload and “Finalize”.
